Bar Options

Caicos Catering is pleased to offer the following Bar Service during your vacation or your special event. We offer several options so that you can customize your event to your budget.

Open Bar

This option is an “unlimited” open bar with all beverages available excluding Top Shelf spirits, Cordials and House Champagne. It is billed by the hour, per person with the prices as follows.

First Hour	$20 per person	this option includes all spirits, mixers, beers, including: Heineken, Corona, Miller Lite , and choice of Red and White Wines from the following varietals or regions: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Tuscany, Beaujolais, Bordeaux or Burgundy.
Second Hour	$15 per person
Third Hour	$10 per person
Fourth Hour	$5 per person
Fifth Hour	$10 per person

By the Drink

This option is for guests that do not wish to choose an “open bar” and wish to establish a set amount poured by the drink or an open tab with restrictions. Drink prices as follows.

Mixed Drinks	$6.00 Well	$7.00 Call or Premium

Budget not to exceed

For the guest that would like to establish a certain value for their bar option. We serve your guest any beverage up to your established budget and notify you when you have reached the established limit.
